I was nothing but impressed on every level with Auto Care East, an outfit I had not previously known. They did such an amazing job repairing my car after a recent accident that no one can tell there was ever any damage to the body. In addition, everyone on staff was professional and competent, and Auto Care East kept me regularly apprised of the car's status with emailed updates. So I decided to have my annual servicing and state inspection done there as well. Thank you, Auto Care East.

I’ve used auto care east a couple times now for both big and small jobs (large amounts of body work, oil change, etc.) and they are always extremely pleasant to deal with, knowledgeable, consultative, and honest. Fair pricing as well. Highly recommend them.

I can't speak to the pricing since my insurance company paid for the repairs, but everything else about this place was wonderful. They are all super-nice people, they did a great job fixing my car after a big fender-bender, the communicated really clearly about everything they did, and they washed the car before giving it back! They also offered to fix some other things they noticed were broken. My cousin had some insurance-related work done here and had a similar experience. Amazing to find such nice helpful people in New York but that's what happened.

Auto Care East is the best place to service your car’s needs. They are professionals, perform fantastic bodywork and other car services, hassle free. Daily email updates on progress and timeline for completion of work are sent. The price they quote you is the price you pay My car repairs were completed ahead of time, car is clean and runs better than before. Thanks to Anthony, the entire staff and Mary for being kind and accommodating. I discovered Auto Care East in 2020 through my insurance company Last month when my insurance company suggested a shop near my home I requested Auto Care East based on my experience in 2020. Again they did not disappoint. I am a very happy customer and will recommend Auto Care East based on the excellent services they provide.

Google reviews last forever… don’t we know it!?! I’ve worked with Autocare East twice in the past month and they’ve been wonderful! Donovan did stellar work on my suspension and steering, treating my baby (BMW 228i convertible) with loving care! Antonio did body work and made the car look brand new! Both of the guys were sweet and generous in negotiating and came to me with a quick and well priced job. I shopped around and got a great deal!! If you’re in Manhattan, this is the spot! Xx love MAMAJAZ
